Absolutely blown away by both the beauty/quality of the ring, and the customer service included in it. My wedding date was moved up due to COVID restrictions, and when I contacted EO to see if I could upgrade to expedited shipping, they were courteous, upgraded my shipping, and had it out and we got it in such a quick amount of time!
