A.I.

Austin marked his personal gear with a simple symbol from his interlocked initials. This very “AI” in his handwriting is incorporated into the design of every AI-branded product.

Austin Rivers Irby

[7.30.1985 - 8.24.2022]

Austin Irby had a llifelong ambition to be a Navy SEAL. This is evident by one of his second grade papers, a single sheet written in crayon, which said exactly that. Immediately after graduation from the University of Florida, he enlisted in the Navy. Austin completed Basic Underwater Demolitions / SEALs and SEAL Qualification Training with class 285. He served on some of the nation’s most sensitive initiatives while attached to SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team ONE and SEAL Team TWO. Unfortunately, due to a motorcycle accident, he passed just months before taking a dream position as Training Chief at Naval Special Warefare Advanced Training Command Detachment Kodiak in Alaska.
